An Israeli strike that targeted displaced people on Saturday at the Sayyeda Khadija School in western Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip killed at least 30 Palestinians and about 100 others, many of whom are in critical condition.
In detail, Al Mayadeen’s correspondent in Deir al-Balah reported that the death toll from the Deir al-Balah massacre is expected to rise due to the severity of the injuries, highlighting that more than 60% of those injured in the Israeli bombing are in serious condition.

Forced, prompt evacuation orders; another form of Israeli terrorism
In addition to the thousands of killings and man-made starvation in Gaza, "Israel" has lately implemented a policy of launching artillery and airstrikes shortly after ordering the evacuation of areas it had previously designated as "safe" humanitarian zones. This practice is not an isolated event; multiple evacuation orders have been issued over the past nine months.
This week, as Munadil Abu Younes was reading the news on his phone, he was startled by yet another evacuation order from Israeli occupation forces.

UAE doubles down on imposing foreign force to govern Gaza post-war
The United Arab Emirates called Thursday for the establishment of a "temporary international mission" to enter Gaza as part of the post-war imposed governance of the Strip, something that Palestinian Resistance factions have rejected repeatedly and categorically while Israeli leaders hinted at approval.
Last May, several Arab countries, including Saudi Arabia, suggested that a UN-approved foreign force be sent to the 1948 occupied territories, West Bank and Gaza. Hamas directly responded in a sharp statement announcing that not only did it condemn such suggestions, but announced that it would also consider any party that is enforced on the Palestinians in Gaza as an "occupation force."

What’s behind US Allegations of Russian Backing to Yemen’s Red Sea Operations? 🔗
Because the failure of a country that has claimed to be the world's superpower for eight decades against a nascent movement in Yemen that has been under extensive sanctions for nearly a decade has tarnished the military image of the US in the world. The US, which has previously acknowledged Ansarullah's military power and labeled its operations in the Red Sea to be the biggest naval challenge for itself after World War II, wants to tell the world that it is not fighting Yemenis in the region, but is indirectly involved in a confrontation with Russia. The Americans think that they can attribute their defeat against Yemenis to Russia and save their face.

Lebanon Front: Hezbollah Drones, Missiles Ravage Israeli Posts
Missiles and drones of Hezbollah Lebanese resistance hammered Israeli posts on Saturday in retaliation to Zionist aggression on Gaza and Lebanon.

The aerial operation in Yiftah was the third strike on Saturday. It was preceded by two other operations.

Canada strikes Jewish National Fund’s charitable status
In a significant victory against public financial support for the theft of Palestinian land, Canada has announced it is revoking the charitable status of the Jewish National Fund of Canada.
This will mean that donors will no longer be able to claim tax credits for their donations to the JNF, and the organization itself will have to pay income tax on the donations it receives – a major financial blow.
The move by the Canadian Revenue Agency comes after years of legal complaints brought by Palestinians and human rights organizations to the Canadian government over the Jewish National Fund’s use of charitable donations to build projects for the Israeli military and illegal settlement colonies.
The revenue agency’s move to hold JNF Canada accountable for its colonial activities “is long overdue,” stated Michael Bueckert, vice president of the Canadian human rights group Committee for Justice and Peace in the Middle East.
“The colonization of Palestinian land is not a charitable purpose, and neither is the JNF’s support for a military engaged in illegal occupation and genocide,” he added.
Canada may pay First Nations tribe for treaty 'mockery': Court ruling
The top court of Canada has found that the successive Canadian governments' "egregious" failure to uphold a crucial treaty struck with Indigenous nations rendered the agreement a "mockery" and denied generations of fair compensation for their resources.
Although the highly anticipated finding is expected to result in billions of dollars being paid out, First Nation leaders believe the decision only adds another obstacle to the decades-long struggle for justice.
Canada's supreme court condemned the federal and Ontario governments for their "dishonorable" actions regarding a 174-year-old agreement, which left First Nations people to live in poverty while nearby communities, businesses, and the government took advantage of the abundant natural resources to further their own financial interests.
The court's decision was made unanimously and was released on Friday.
The court stated in the ruling, "For almost a century and a half, the Anishinaabe have been left with an empty shell of a treaty promise."
The stark language is yet another illustration of how important cases continue to show the lingering legacy of the colonial project, which was initially conceived by the British government and continued after Canada gained independence.
The court's ruling to draw attention to the "egregious" methods in which governments have handled their agreements with Indigenous nations may have far-reaching effects on Canada as a whole as well as the impacted areas.

Growing demands for peace in Ukraine as the Kiev regime criminalizes 7 million Ukrainian men refusing to join the war
In the second half of July, the Ukrainian authorities have been preoccupied with the upheavals surrounding the forthcoming presidential election in the United States. Ukraine is today completely dependent on the United States, financially, politically and economically. And so the outcome of this foreign election on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean directly affects the political prospects of Ukrainian politicians. Ukraine's wealthy elites willingly and enthusiastically engaged in the NATO proxy war against Russia because they were enriching themselves in the process. However, the war's continuation requires more weapons and funding from the U.S. and European governments and more loans from predatory financial institutions such as the International Monetary Fund.

Thousands of Jordanians march in solidarity with Palestine
AMMAN, July 27 (YPA) -Thousands of Jordanians participated in a massive march held on Friday in front of the Hussaini Mosque in downtown Amman, in support of the armed Palestinian resistance and in solidarity with the steadfast people in the Gaza Strip.
Participants condemned the genocide being inflicted on Gazans by the Israeli occupation forces, pointing out that this genocide is being committed with direct American involvement and amidst blatant Arab complacency.
They criticized the inability of Arab and Islamic countries to stop the war on Gaza or even break the imposed siege.
The participants strongly criticized the American administration for hosting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who used the US Congress as a platform to spread lies and mislead American and global public opinion.
They called on the Jordanian government to end all forms of normalization with the Israeli enemy, cancel the Wadi Araba Treaty, and prevent the land bridge transporting goods from Gulf countries to the Israeli entity via Jordanian territory, especially given the starvation war being suffered by Gazans.

China condemns US for violating NPT and risking global proliferation with NATO nuclear deployments
China News Service: It’s reported that during the second session of the Preparatory Committee for the Eleventh Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) in Geneva, China Arms Control and Disarmament Association and China Institute of Nuclear Industry Strategy yesterday held a side event on NATO’s nuclear sharing and released the report entitled “Analysis of the Incompatibility of NATO’s Nuclear Sharing Arrangements with the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons,” which calls into question the legality of NATO’s nuclear sharing. What’s your comment?
Mao Ning: The Chinese delegation attended the side event you mentioned. We also noted the analysis report which points out that NATO’s nuclear sharing arrangements violate the NPT and are essentially a special form of nuclear proliferation.
The NPT prohibits the transfer of nuclear weapons or control over such weapons, directly or indirectly. The US deployed nuclear weapons on the soil of non-nuclear-weapon NATO states and allowed these countries’ fighter jets to carry and drop nuclear weapons, which is apparently a violation of NPT regulations and an action of nuclear proliferation and can trigger similar behavior from more countries. It in effect obstructs the process of nuclear arms control, increases the risks of nuclear conflict and undermines global strategic stability.
China firmly upholds the international nuclear disarmament and nuclear non-proliferation regime with the NPT as its cornerstone, and calls on relevant country to abandon the Cold War mentality and zero-sum approach, abolish nuclear sharing arrangements, pull out the large number of nuclear weapons deployed in Europe and by no means replicate the nuclear sharing arrangements here in the Asia-Pacific.

Hamas spokesman Hussam Badran said the Palestinian resistance movement accepted the Chinese invitation “with a positive spirit and patriotic responsibility.” All Palestinian factions have reached a consensus on “Palestinian demands to end the war,” adding that the “most important” part of the declaration is to form a government that builds Palestinian national consensus to “manage the affairs of the people of Gaza and the West Bank, oversee reconstruction, and create conditions for elections.”
