Is amazing after all the western propaganda about their backward theocracy and failed state economy that they can actually hit military targets and not civilians through what Hamas has denigrated was not an iron dome. All the bomb smarts that had deserted Washington and TelAviv since the Gulf War have resurfaced in Tehran. The ICJ has to have noticed.
