Laws are binding Jack and apply to everyone including the USA. Just because they lie, ignore, and try to rewrite international laws does not mean shit. US is responsible for this genocide and God willing they will also be prosecuted in the international community in the future.

First off I don't give a fk what Kerry and Harris etc do. The rest of the world is not governed by USA even though the US attempts to subjugate everyone else. That's why US is so hated. Those are internal issues that Americans will have to deal with but they do not seem too concerned in general. They are still voting for the red or blue pill both of which are running for president of Israel.

Secondly, if you read anything I posted you would see that Ansarallah (composed of many tribes of which Houthis are one), Hamas, Hezbollah, Kataib Hezbollah and the PMF, Iran are all using laws to do what they do.

I hope you read what I posted. It is everyone's duty by law to stop a genocide.

In addition, Yemen is within every legal right to stop ships in their territorial waters that are ILLEGALLY providing weapons and supplies to israel in support of a genocide.

The only ones that are ILLEGAL are israel and the nations providing them support and weapons to continue and expand this genocide.

I can not wait till USA collapses and takes it's vassals with it. Good riddance.

No teeth in the laws? Then the laws they use to MESS WITH US are not binding, either.

Time to CLEAN HOUSE.

Nuremberg Phrase "Knew or Should Have Known" applied to the leading Nazis when they claimed they were just following orders. Watch The Trial of Adolf Eichmann video on DVD.

Thank you Charles. I will see if I can find it. I think military have to disobey unlawful orders but I could be wrong.

Another highly informative presentation, Carin. International Law is virtually non-existent these days, as the diabolical perpetrators of destruction continue to act with impunity. Such a state of affairs is both homicidal and suicidal. It's scandalous.

International law exists Leon and we can use it to our advantage. All they can do is kill us they can not kill the idea of freedom and justice for all. All those who do not give a damn because this does not affect them better wake up. This sets precedent to kill whomever they like with impunity if we do not stop this ever expanding genocide.

I would like everyone to be informed of the actual laws regarding genocide and self defense claims. The US/UK and israel are trying to re write international law and play the victim. It's all b.s..

Thank you, Carina, for such a wide-ranging and solid rebuttal of all arguments for the delusional claims of exclusive endowment and right to steal and murder. Great resources and such a positive reminder of why laws exist. The world could completely reset around the trials of those criminals who think they have impunity now. The world must demand accountability. Punishment is not as critical as the findings of guilt. Let those who are found guilty walk out into an awakened world which knows and repudiates their evil. They will never rest nor be free.

Thank you Graeme! The world needs reset now. These criminals need to be brought to justice asap. This is not over by any means and it is about to get much worse. "They" are behaving as if we should all be grateful for this reprieve in Gaza and that will be enough. In the meanwhile they are now targeting the West Bank, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen and eyeing Iran. They have learned nothing!

So true. To learn, one must embrace vulnerability. To be vulnerable is anathema to them. It is quite dreadful to think that 'they' are relatively small in number but have assumed so much power and authority. And in a sense the rest of us provide that power - in so many subtle ways (as history reflects). I think resistance is going to mean a lot of pain and suffering, both to extricate us from their grip and for us to abandon all the expectations and dependence we have placed (in good faith mostly) in their authority. We are powerful in our vulnerability, and in our capacity for learning. They are zombies who know only death and stagnation.
