I love that you're suggesting some sort of "peasants Intifada"/coalition to bring criminals to justice. I do have a glimmer of an idea that may or may not be workable. It'll take me a while to sketch it out though, so expect to hear back from me in a couple of days or so (tomorrow if I can manage it). Typically for me, I may go a bit too far for many less revolutionary-spirited souls than myself, but even so, maybe there'll be something in my thinking that others can adapt and run with.
In the meantime I'm working on a post suggesting a kind of "alternative protest" (or "Protestival") involving super Soakers, sound systems, field kitchens and healing spaces. Let's see if I can paint a pretty enough picture of that to trigger people's imaginations! ;)

Thank you Kali ❤️🇵🇸🇵🇸❤️ As far as my understanding a genocide tribunal should be comprised of the survivors of the crime and if possible held locally where the crime took place , not by some "appointed judges" in a far away land from where the events happened. We did not get very far other than documenting the crimes against humanity before they disbanded G+. The UN charter as written is fine, it just needs to be applied equitably no matter who the criminals are.
The perpetrators of the genocide certainly should be held accountable by its victims, I completely agree.
But first the enablers/funders of that ongoing atrocity need to be stopped and held to account by the people of the west, so that the actual genocides are left high and dry, to be dealt with by the survivors, locally.
We are running short of time, but also I believe those opposing the genocide and other insane actions of the western establishment by far outnumber its supporters. That gives us an edge when it comes to bringing this shit-show to an end. I think that if we can start taking action in the west beyond conventional protests (which give an air of legitimacy to the "liberal democratic" BS order), something that may actually generate an actual democratic system which liberates the demos/people to act in their own best interest WHILST bringing down the current order AND bringing the self-serving political and economic "elites" to account, then, in real time we will help free the people of Palestine from the bombardment they are under, level the playing field and give them a fighting chance. Without western support of the genocide Palestine WILL WIN before Gaza is starved and bombed out of existence.
But it's up to us in the west to bring our own genocidally insane "elites" down and bring them to account. And to force them to pay reparations to all of those people(s) they have harmed over the years from their own, personal wealth/ill-gotten gains.
In the meantime, we must bare in mind that the actions we take are non-violent, so that we avoid marshal law, vigilantism and causing harm to the innocent.
It's a tall order, but not beyond the realms of possibility. People are desperate for change and, with the right inspiration, ready for positive action... My next post will be a long one! Not to mention ambitious. - Let the protestivals commence!!
